The car
The 4Runner Premium is our high-end Toyota 4Runner build, with a 4.0L gasoline engine and an automatic gearbox.
It suits couples and families of up to 5, and it can carry any of our three rooftop tents: Standard, Double or Hard-Shell. Like every car in our fleet it is a real 4x4 set up for Costa Rica's back roads, with a side awning and the full camping kit.
This car is a great choice if you are looking for a next-level offroader, it has more extras and better suspensions, bigger tires, winch, snorkel, large slide out fridge and good drawer system.

Our bases are 10 minutes from San José airport (SJO) and 5 minutes from Liberia airport (LIR), with free pick-up and drop-off between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at airport or nearby hotels.
